For Guest Checkout, you should receive a tracking number in your email once the item is shipped out. You can also click “here” and provide your info to find your tracking number. If neither of these solutions provide an answer, you can also contact us so we can provide you with one.

Please note that if the order shows as Shipped, this means it has left its originating warehouse. Some articles have longer deliveries; please see the page of the product for more details.

Customers will receive free shipping on any order that includes at least $100 of eligible items.

You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet.

To cancel items or orders:

  1. Go to ORDERS and select the order you want to cancel.
  2. Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
  3. Select Cancel checked items when finished.

Once the item is received at our business centre, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
