RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The item with the same condition in which you simply received it, is applicable for return. It should be unworn, unused, and with tags in its original packaging. A proof of purchase i.e. the receipt will be mandatory for the return.

To begin with the return process, firstly mail us at returns@trisqualiti.com. Once your request for return is approved, you will be directed to the steps to follow on how to return your purchase.

Please note, without the request acceptance to return on mail, your package will not be accepted and returned.

Damages and report

Kindly check each item carefully for any damage or defect at the counter while billing and contact our staff immediately for a quick evaluation of the problem so that it can be rectified at that very moment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Few items, like perishable goods such as fruits and vegetables, cannot be processed for return. Kindly get in touch with any questions or concerns regarding your return of the item.

Refunds

You will be notified once your package has been inspected after receiving your return, whether your return is applicable for a refund or not. If applicable, the amount will be directly refunded on the payment used.  Please understand, for the refund amount to reflect in your account, sometimes it takes time for your bank or credit card company to process.

PAYMENT GATEWAY

Online transactions made with MASTERCARD, VISA, Interac, American Express, and PayPal are all accepted for the payment made against all your grocery orders.

You also have an option to redeem your “shopping points” while processing your payment and billing.
